Thank you all for the overwhelming response to the HRD Awards 2015. As the contest is now officially closed, registration and the submission of designs is no longer possible.

Now that you have submitted your designs you're probably wondering what's happening next. Below you can find some more information on the key dates, selection of the laureates, and the voting procedure.

HRD Awards key dates

Selection of Finalists and Winning Jewellery Design

  • An international jury selects five finalists based on the finished jewellery items. From these five the jury awards the winning jewel.
  • Selection criteria: innovation, technique, source of inspiration and the creative use of diamonds.
  • All jewels will be numbered and displayed anonymously.
  • Every member of the jury has the opportunity to evaluate the jewels.

Voting Procedure

  • Only jewellery items with a minimum of three votes will be considered for the final round.
  • Jury members will discuss the final selected jewellery items.
  • Each member of the jury can voice his/her opinion.
  • The jury members vote on the five finalists.
  • The jury members will vote for the winning jewellery design among these five finalists.

The decision of the jury and its composition is final and not contestable.
